Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.
Estimated delivery times:
- Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or weather.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or reach out via our contact page.
Local Fulfillment
All items ship from Phoenix, Arizona, with care and attention to packaging. Clothing/Fabrics are lightly cleaned, but a regular launder is recommended upon receiving but you will not be ablet to return it after laundering it.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. Customs fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. We do not mark packages as gifts or alter customs declarations.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first. We’re happy to assist with claims, but we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of vintage and pre-owned items, all sales are final unless you pay for return shipping and item is in the original condition it was sent out. Please read item descriptions carefully and reach out with any sizing or condition questions before purchasing.
